Our challenge was to meet an extremely compressed timeframe for operational readiness on a recently awarded new Commonwealth Government contract. Michael's leadership was critical to our success in operationalising the contract across six states/territories for over 150 people with a disability, and their families, to maintain supported employment. Michael's leadership and knowledge were exceptional. He was unwavering in his commitment to people with a disability while navigating the complexities of a national transition program. He is an outstanding communicator who actively engaged with our leadership, respected our staff, and leveraged our internal capability to great effect. The success of the transition exceeded my expectations.
