SCIS Overview

Umagine's Social Change Implementation System (SCIS) is designed for one purpose: to deliver social change that works.

Our SCIS has four modules.

  1. Readiness Assessment
  2. Transition Planning
  3. Implementation
  4. Capacity Building

Social Change Implementation System (SCIS)

Australia’s social sector is under pressure. Social programs are falling over at implementation. Australia's Non-Government sector has severe capacity constraints. Sure, you might have a consultant come in and write a strategy but then organisations are left to interpret and implement.

The Social Change Implementation System (SCIS) fills this gap. It is the delivery infrastructure that most social change programs are missing.

The SCIS is a flexible, modular co-delivery system. Umagine works inside the SCIS, and alongside you. This means that the SCIS can be a single module or an end-to-end partnership. It is adapted to the scale and complexity of your requirements, and it can deliver capability benefits that long outlive the program.

Readiness Assessment

Program readiness audit to assess program structures and identify barriers, capacity, and gaps between strategy and delivery.

Transition Planning

Review of current state, and confirm future state. Build program architecture for governance, delivery, stakeholders, and the critical path.

Implementation

Active program delivery under a partnership model where Umagine leads or supports implementation, and is embedded in the program.

Capacity Building

Capability transfer to build skills and knowledge,
and customise an implementation playbook that carries into future programs.

CONTACT US CONTACT US

Our challenge was to meet an extremely compressed timeframe for operational readiness on a recently awarded new Commonwealth Government contract. Michael's leadership was critical to our success in operationalising the contract across six states/territories for over 150 people with a disability, and their families, to maintain supported employment. Michael's leadership and knowledge were exceptional. He was unwavering in his commitment to people with a disability while navigating the complexities of a national transition program. He is an outstanding communicator who actively engaged with our leadership, respected our staff, and leveraged our internal capability to great effect. The success of the transition exceeded my expectations.
