National Transition for Large NGO

Brief: Establish and lead the national transition of a five-year Commonwealth Government contract across ten sites in six states/territories for a program supporting the employment of people with a disability.   

Description: We led the full transition process including establishment, planning, and implementation of this national transition program for a large Non-Government Organisation. This included project and governance structures, engagement of internal and external stakeholders, mobilisation of service teams, contracts, operational readiness, and logistics for go-live. 

Outcome: All operations, service functions, and staff were successfully transitioned for seamless commencement of service delivery within the required time frame. We were retained post go-live to bed down the program and deliver a growth strategy.

Michael provided exceptional leadership in our transition to a new Commonwealth Government contract with supported employment for over 150 people with a disability across six states/territories. Our challenge was to meet an extremely compressed timeframe for operational readiness. Without Michael's expertise we would not have met this challenge. The focus of this program remained committed to people with a disability at all times through thinking, decision-making, and change processes. Our leaders and teams were actively engaged, respected, and their expertise valued.
