Indigenous Land Use Strategy Implementation
Brief: Deliver the Indigenous Land Use Strategy under the Australian-Singapore Military Training Initiative (ASMTI).
Description: In conjunction with PwC and PwCs Indigenous Consulting, we provided project management services to establish, plan, and implement this complex, large scale project for the ASMTI over three years while based with the client on-site in Canberra.
Outcome: The project delivered the largest land acquisition program ever undertaken by the Department of Defence, and delivered four Indigenous Land Use Agreements worth over $100 million in enduring benefits to Traditional Owner groups in Central Queensland and North Queensland.
