Brief: To provide strategic planning, operational support and funding solutions to a community-based Non-Government Organisation working with young people at risk.
Description: Umagine provided leadership, strategic advice, and operational structures that enabled:
- new programs and services to be offered
- current programs to increase reach and access
- consolidation of funding for all programs
Outcome: Successfully secured funding for new programs (over $1.5 million in total), implemented new programs for young people at risk, secured new contracts, and implemented new operational structures for improved service delivery.
