12 3 Our challenge was to meet an extremely compressed timeframe for operational readiness on a recently awarded new Commonwealth Government contract. Michael's leadership was critical to our success in operationalising the contract across six states/territories for over 150 people with a disability, and their families, to maintain supported employment. Michael's leadership and knowledge were exceptional. He was unwavering in his commitment to people with a disability while navigating the complexities of a national transition program. He is an outstanding communicator who actively engaged with our leadership, respected our staff, and leveraged our internal capability to great effect.
